Saturn and the winter solstice are the reason for the season. Your churches hijacked the holiday and renamed it in order to win more converts. I guess I wouldn't mind so much if Christians were more tolerant of pagans, but they aren't; so I do. Kudos to the pagans who turn the other cheek to show their 'christian' counterparts how it's done. How do you steal a holiday? In my English class we have to make a powerpoint about a group of people (I drew Pygmies) so my part for my group is to find their beliefs/customs/values/morals, the problem is that I cannon find ANYTHING about that. If you could give me a link or just write anything you know about that. PLEASE READ ON! My pride and joy, a Vespa PX scooter, was stolen from my garage in Bitterne, Southampton, Hampshire, earlier today. The piece of pond scum who took it did so in broad daylight, thinking we weren't in. I ran out the second I heard the engine come on and almost got him before he went speeding off - the NERVE of some people! It is a very distinctive customized (one of a kind) paggio scooter. It is silver-grey but with red panels over the wheels and a custom mudguard. It also had a St. George's cross seat cover and an I NY bumper sticker, but if he had any sense it probably would have removed them. The number plate is W257 PJT. The guy who did it was mid-twenties, had thick brown hair and was wearing a grey tee-shirt and matching trackies. I chased him on foot down to bitterne presinct before I lost him, but someone said that had seen him go down lances hill. PLEASE! If you can offer any genuine help AT ALL you are a SAINT. (more...)
