One of my friends died a few month ago and for the past few days I have been making things with pictures of her on them. Like key chains, magnets, calendars, bumper stickers....stuff like that. It started out as just me making a memorial bumper sticker thing for myself but then I couldn't stop making stuff. It's on a website where you make those things and then if someone buys them I get a percentage of it. I decided to tell her friends and family about it and donate everything I get to an animal shelter that they sent donations to instead of buying flowers when she died. So, my question is how do I word telling people about it? Most of her friends are on myspace and also some of her family so I'm going to put it in a bulletin to tell them about it. Recently I was looking in a magazine and found an article about "car tatz." It had a child holding a drawing that they had made, and then it explained that you could take a child's drawing, and make it a magnet or bumper sticker for your car. Does anyone know the website for this? (PS - I tried www.cartatz.com, and it was not the right website. I'm also positive this was made for children, and that website was not created for young children.) (more...)
